     CMG was founded in 1973 by a group of young, dedicated physicians with a vision to develop a family-oriented clinic practicing good medicine and establishing long-term relationships.  They established a motto of "Healthcare for Life".

   

     After 40 years in practice, we are still focused on these ideals.  Many of our patients are the grandchildren, children, and relatives from the same families we started serving in 1973.
